A massive 7.2 earthquake hit Papua New Guinea. It hit at 7:20 am Tuesday morning cutting power and knocking items off shelves. No tsunami threat has been issued because it was so deep. Inspector Leo Kaikas said, “We have no reports as yet of serious damage.” Papua New Guinea is no stranger to earthquakes, it sits on the Ring of Fire.
