Ali Vahdani has over three decades of experience in the engineering and construction industry.

During his career he has engineered and built a vast portfolio of projects, seismically retrofitted over 1,600 buildings including multifamily residential buildings, commercial concrete buildings, unreinforced masonry buildings and bridges.
Ali holds a bachelor of science degree from the School of Civil Engineering at the University of Southern California and is a professional engineer.

Ali Sahabi has had extensive experience in the construction industry since 1988. He has contracted & delivered over 1,500 projects, including 300 seismic retrofit projects throughout the State of CA working with multi-family, commercial, & industrial buildings.
Ali holds a master of real estate development degree from the School of Urban Planning & Development at the University of Southern California & a bachelor of science degree in management from Pepperdine University

Narek Ekmekjyan oversees all operational, customer support and finance functions within the company. He has vast experience in the contracting industry, including construction of residential, commercial and government projects. Narek holds an MBA from the A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Riverside and B.A. in Economics from Yerevan State Universityof Armenia.

Alice Wong oversees all accounting, human resources and administrative functions within the company. She has over 15 years of experience in accounting and management in the contracting industry, specifically in seismic retrofitting. Alice is an integral part of Optimum Seismic’s management team.
She has a bachelor of art in business administration and accounting from the University of Southern California
