Thomas Robinson – Institute of Management Consultants

During a more than 40-year public sector career, Mr. Robinson worked with the California cities of La Mirada, Cerritos, and Commerce, and La Habra Heights. As City Manager of La Mirada, he was responsible for ensuring the delivery of all municipal services, including public safety, community development, and public works. Mr. Robinson, a Certified Management Consultant, is president of his consulting firm, TR Management Services, Inc.

Paul Little – CEO Of Pasadena Chamber Of Commerce

Paul Little is president and chief executive officer of the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce and Civic Association. In that role he is responsible for implementing the Chamber’s workplan, member support and economic development activities. He also serves as treasurer of the Los Angeles County Business Federation (BizFed) and is on the board of FVO Solutions, a local non-profit that provides training and employment for adults with developmental disabilities.
