Nuclear test triggers earthquake

On September 2017 North Korea had it sixth nuclear test that was so powerful, it is still causing earthquakes more than a year later. That nuclear test was North Korea’s most powerful to date. The initial blast caused a 6.3-magnitude tremor.

Two earthquakes rattled Venezuela

At 5 a.m. near San Diego, Venezuela felt a 5.5-magnitude earthquake. Another quake was felt 25 mins later, with a magnitude of 5.0. So far, no reports of injuries or damages from the earthquake.

Another earthquake felt near Anchorage

The earthquake happened at 5:21 a.m. Alaskan time registered as a 4.9 and the USGS is saying it is an aftershock. Since this earthquake was much closer to the city of Anchorage it felt stronger.
