On April 6th scientist caught a “quiet but distinct” tremor. They have been waiting for months for this to happen. Unlike Earth, Mars doesn’t have any tectonic plates that glide over the mantle. But like Earth, Mars has three layers. Scientist wish the “marsquake” was stronger.
